Check-in very easy process. My one friend travelled ahead of me so she was able to handle all the particulars before I arrived. However, upon arrival my room wasn't ready. I found that to be strange and inconvenient seeing how I didn't make it to the resort until well after 3pm. After sitting around for more than an hour my room still wasn't ready, thankfully they were able to offer me a room that was (this room included double beds, whereas the one I booked was a single). The staff was extremely helpful in getting my luggage to my room (Orasia is simply the best). I received my wrist band, towel card, and was all set. My room was nice, granted I was so happy to finally have gotten a room. Inside the room there were two full sized beds, a tv mounted on the wall, lovely shower area, full sized closet with a safe, air conditioner along with a ceiling fan, and the icing on the cake was my private balcony that I discovered shortly after (I didn't think I would have one since my room was toward the back). My room included two doors for that purpose alone. The rooms are extremely spacious, lots of room for your money. Plenty of storage room. All in all the room was extremely comfortable, clean, and well put together. I have to point out that the shower was amazing, I had the option to use the regular shower head or an over head shower head. Very nice water pressure and temperature. I didn't ever use house keeping (only because I like to manage my own room) but they were prompt each morning which was delightful. The property is particular week that we went the hotel were undergoing construction. Which my friends and I were made aware of before arriving, and they compensated us with free breakfast daily and free rum punch during the hours of 10am-6pm. I thought that was a very nice gesture. However, the construction was a bit overwhelming at some points, lots of drilling and banging (but from what I can see there will be lots of beautiful improvements).
